	Sit together with family, friends and fellow supporters of Alzheimer’s Awareness in designated Upper Level Reserved, Mezzanine Reserved or Mezzanine Box seating.

	The New York Mets will rebate a portion of each ticket sold (through the Mets Group Ticket Window or this flyer) to the Alzheimer’s Association, NYC & Long Island Chapters.

	All persons ordering through the Mets Group Ticket Window or this flyer will receive an antique pewter-styled Baseball Glove Key Chain.

	Your group will be welcomed on the Shea Stadium scoreboard (groups of 25 or more).

	The first 25,000 fans in attendance will receive a Mets Fleece Cap.

	Enjoy free games and attractions for the family in the Fan Fest area prior to the game (Weather permitting. Fan fest is open 2 ½ hrs prior to game time and is located next to the subway exit at Gate E).

	A pre-game ceremony with special recognition for Alzheimer’s will begin after 12:30 p.m. on the field.
